I want to share my experience working with Dr. Philippa Strelitz. She did an exemplary job leading Respectful Workplace training workshops for all of our team members, and the training made a difference in a lot of the employees' perspective. Philippa's strength of how to deal with difficult employees, gain trust, and lead a constructive course was vital for CPS Energy. I also value Philippa’s strategy for suggestive listening/participation statements which I will utilize for my future leadership training courses.
