Juliette LaChapelle
Juliette LaChapelle is a conflict management attorney, workplace investigator, presenter, and mediator. She has worked in both the private and public sectors, having practiced law at two international law firms, served in two components of the U.S. Department of Justice – the US Attorney’s Office and the Community Relations Service – and overseen a major U.S. literary arts center through her role as a board director.
Juliette is known for her ability to stay “calm in the storm” and for the ease with which she is able to communicate with all parties involved in a workplace matter. She relies upon a deep understanding of human nature and the ability to pay close attention to details to find clarity in even the most complex matters. Our clients trust Juliette to set the tone and structure for a reliable process that is prompt, objective, and thorough.
Juliette is a member of the Association of Workplace Investigators, and is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Harvard Law School and The London School of Economics and Political Science.
