
Brooke Jones
Brooke Jones brings a thoughtful and compassionate approach to her work as a workplace investigator and trainer. She enjoys working with organizations to build respectful, inclusive workplaces through clear communication, thorough investigation, and impactful training. With a strong foundation in employment law, she has spent much of her career helping organizations navigate complex workplace issues, ranging from internal investigations and discrimination claims to disability accommodations and policy development.
Before joining DeDe Church & Associates, Brooke practiced Labor and Employment Law at Jackson Walker LLP in Austin and Houston. There, she advised employers on a wide range of human resources matters and represented them in litigation involving claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and contract disputes. She also served as an Administrative and Civil Law Attorney at the United States Military Academy at West Point, where she provided legal guidance to the Academy.
Brooke earned her law degree from South Texas College of Law Houston. During law school, she interned for the Honorable David Hittner of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, where she worked on both civil and criminal matters. She also completed a legal internship with International Justice Mission in Kolkata, India, contributing to anti-human trafficking efforts. Brooke received her undergraduate degree in Plan II Honors from The University of Texas at Austin.
